When I lived in Austin, I had a friend who was a manager at the local Steak & Ale restaurant. One of their perks was a free meal. He got tired of steak every night, so he started putting the 20+oz. prime rib on a burger bun and slathering it with mustard and ketchup (catsup?) - Glen Campbell
